Support Group Facilitator

Our IoW support group has built a real community online.

Now we're looking for a new volunteer team to take it forward.

This isn't starting from scratch. The members, the rhythm and the trust are already there. What the group needs now is people to lead it.

As a Support Group Facilitator, you'll:

→ Hold a safe, welcoming space for people living with endometriosis and/or adenomyosis

→ Bring in speakers and activities that make a difference day to day

→ Signpost members to services that can help

→ Be part of the wider ESC team, with support and training

You don't need to be an expert.

You do need to be a great listener, organised, and passionate about better support for our community.

Time commitment: 1 hour per week for admin & coordination, with an additional 3 hours per support group each month
