Our summer season
is already up on us but with the recent wet weather being followed by a week of
glorious sunshine the dreaded weeds are starting to sprout up all over our
lovely wildlife sanctuary.
So we are looking
for a small green army of volunteers to come in this weekend to whack the
weeds, tidy up the borders and get us looking like a good old bobby dazzler
once again! Our rescued animals will certainly appreciate it and we will
provide drinks and light refreshments from our café to keep you nourished and
refreshed.
What an opportunity to see lions, tigers, lemurs, monkeys and more while you help our sanctuary get back to looking spick and span again.
We are looking for volunteers anytime from 9am on Saturday or Sunday. We have a limited amount of weed whacking kit available but if people could bring their own that would be hugely appreciated!
