Isorropia Foundation is seeking dedicated volunteers to serve as Minibus Drivers to support the daily operations of our wellbeing organisation.
As a Volunteer Minibus Driver, you will play a vital role in providing a shuttle service for our members, ensuring they have access to Medina Valley Centre.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to the wellbeing of our island community by supporting our members to access vital support that they otherwise wouldn’t be able to access.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a shuttle service for our members from Central Newport to Medina Valley Centre, during flexible times which suit you.
• Complete safety checks before and after running the Minibus, reporting any issues to the team.
• Cultivate a welcoming and supportive environment for our members.
• Uphold the values of Isorropia Foundation, including compassion, respect, non-judgment, and transparency.
• Optional responsibilities include contributing to the maintenance, or cleanliness of the Minibus.
Skills
• A clean driver's license.
• D1 driving qualification on your licence.
• No history of disqualification from driving.
• Reliability, kindness, empathy, and patience.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (arranged by Isorropia Foundation).
• Ability to get to Medina Valley Centre, where the minibus is located.
