Volunteer for telephone work

The Freshwater and Totland United Charities Trust will be sending out e-mails to directors of SMEs and Sole Traders showing details of a scheme whereby they can provide a benefit for their own families but at the same time create a financial benefit for our charity.

Skills

An excellent telephone manner : full training provided as to what to say, how to say it, how to 'close' the call by having the person telephoned agreeing to receive more detailed information by means of a cost free meeting with the trustee who fully understands the scheme and the ability to search the internet for the type of firm that we will want to be e-mailing and to then be sending out the e-mails using an email address that we will provide.
