Personable individuals who have a wide circle of elderly friends and acquaintances whom they would like to inform and advise as to how best to arrange protection for the houses owned by such friends and acquaintances, if, for example, entry into a Local Authority Care Home should eventually become a requirement.


A good listener. Smartly dressed. Also the ability to ask probing questions in a friendly manner.
