Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters Scheduling appointments and organizing diary entries Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients and Media

Skills

Ideally the candidate would have a good working knowledge of IT using Microsoft word, Excel and Teams. Have good literacy and numeracy. Be able to take instruction and use their own initiative.
