Office Volunteer - Medical Transport Bookings

We are looking for volunteers to work in our office in Totland on weekday mornings (09:45 to 12:30).

Initially the role will involve taking bookings for our transport services and contacting our volunteer drivers to check their availability and allocate journeys.

There will also be opportunity to assist with other admin duties in support of our community minibus service.

Skills

Confident telephone manner and ability to accurately record details of passenger appointments.
