Holiday Cottage Gardeners

National Trust protect and care for places so people and nature can thrive. We look after hundreds of houses and close to a million objects, along with vast areas of coastline, countryside and green spaces, for everyone’s benefit. With our staff, members, volunteers and supporters, we’re the biggest conservation charity in Europe. Everyone can get involved, everyone can make a difference.

We have the opportunity for volunteers to assist us in keeping some of our 17 beautiful holiday cottage gardens in tip top condition for our visiting guest throughout the tourist season.

Skills

• Self motivated and enthusiastic
• Ability to work, think and make decisions independently as well as part of a small team
• An eye for detail and wanting things to look right
• Understanding and experience of using domestic garden machinery and tools
• Drive own transport 
• Ability to transport small garden machinery and tools
