Skills• Provide programmes of contact activity such as extended/external contact, indirect contact, family ‘education’, handover support, etc. • Take appropriate action to protect children’s safety and promote their welfare, intervening where this is threatened and terminating the contact if deemed necessary. • Associated administrative tasks and maintain strict confidentiality. • Write or otherwise contribute to reports for the courts or other agencies • Take part in service user feedback processes, record-keeping, monitoring and other aids to the evaluation of services • Greet visitors upon arrival to the centre. • Answer telephones.
