Drivers are needed to support our food project by collecting surplus food from various supermarkets around the island, collect donations from the general public and do tip runs in the Aspire Ryde van.
We also need volunteers to work alongside the drivers, they will need to be able to navigate and help with the fetching and carrying.
Drivers must be under 70 years of age!
Skills
Have an up to date and correct driving license is essential plus the ability to drive either a minibus or small van.
Volunteers would need to have a good sense of direction, can read a map.
Good communication/listening skills
Be a good team player.

Availability Details
the food runs will need to happen in the morning so our free food stand can be re stocked around lunch time. However, the building is open Monday-Friday between 10am-4pm so other driving requirements would need to be flexible and based upon the need of individual Aspire projects.
