Sandown Shop Volunteers

Time commitment: One shift per week, for around four hours (or more, if you would like)

You might be involved in:

• Receiving donations, sorting out stock and replenishing the shelves

• Merchandising stock and window dressing

• Serving customers at the till/cash handling

• Explaining our work to customers and signposting them to our support

Skills

You would need to:

• Be friendly, positive and caring

• Be physically fit and well enough to operate in a retail or warehouse environment

• Enjoy meeting and talking to new people

Availability Details

The new Sandown shop will be opening the end of May beginning of June so will need to complete all volunteer onboarding by then. A variety of shifts are available across the week.
