The Abbeyfield Ryde Society provides accommodation for independent, elderly people.
We are looking for volunteers to offer friendship and support to our residents so that they can continue to enjoy older age.
Activities might include visiting for a cup of tea and a chat, taking a resident out for a coffee and some shopping, or supporting them to attend medical appointments.
Our friendly team of volunteers also organise events for all of our residents to enjoy - new faces and new ideas are always welcome.
Skills
